How to Order

1. Please contact us which item(s) you would like to purchase through Contact.
2. Then we start our consultation on size and color of accessories/flower items you are interested in.
   We might ask you to send us the picture of your bridal dress so we can find the best accessories/flowers for your wedding.
   
3. After the consultation, we prepare for you the quotation and you can make decision whether to proceed with the order or not.
   Please understand that we are unable to make any changes in design and colors once the production phase starts.
   For flower items, colors/materials can be adjusted (slightly) even after we start putting together the flower pieces.
4. Please allow us from 2 weeks to 1 month for the production of the ordered items.
   We might still take your order even if the delivery date is less than 2 weeks from then.

Special Orders

We pursue to best tailor to your preferences hence we do special orders in addition to Milfelice Collections.
We create accessories from scratch by hearing from you kind of material/color/size you would like to use and how you would like to put our fine material together.
We offer the special orders to bring the items closer to the image in your mind. Please let us know if you have any inquiries via Contact.

Origin of the name

French words mille (overlaps) and felice (happiness) together represents our wish in our brand "Milfelice".
We continue to build our store with a variety of items from our original collection to import models with our hope that you can find the items that best fits your needs.
